INTRODUCTION
Leadership can be understood as one of the most essential aspect within art of motivating
people for achiveing new goals formative for structural innovation and to direct new work sceanrios
imperatively. Amazon is one of the biggest ecommerce brand serving people with best products and
services, whose leader Jeff Bezos is one of the best world renowned leader known for best decision
making potentialites. The reoport will be conducting analysis towards various theories and models
of leadersip and their functional impact in influencing and persuading employees widely. The
research will also discuss impact of leadership on company culture, diversity management and also
productive usgae of performance culture for competitive growth among varied domains to creat
inclusive work culture.
Impact of leadership theories
The leadership theories have mjaor impact on brand development and cultural workforce
evolution which has also identified competencies functionally, also Jeff Bezos has been
competitively using leadership theories for motivating change within employees fucntional
standards. Practices of motivation plays wide integral role for shaping new cultural standards
commitments among employees and also for strignent workforce diversity. Jeff Bezos is one of the
fastest dynamic moving leader within recent global period for generating stronger decisions and
influencing key decisions among new domains for keeping up targets at frame (Baker and et.al
2020).
Situational leadership style is a theory given by Hersey and Blanchard. This theory of
leadership is based upon the concept that there is no single leadership style which can be considered
as the best one. Rather than it depends on the strategies and leadership style most appropriate
according to the situation and task (Zigarmi and Roberts, 2017). This theory varies on the
circumstances a leader is facing. It is expected by the leader to hold the situation in hand in the most
appropriate way. There are four styles within situational leadership theory . These are tell, sell,
participate and delegate. Following situational leadership there are many benefits to amazon. While
in context with amazon it faced an issue about inconsistent communication. The leader implied
situational leadership style in order to resolve the issue it conducted one-to-one sections between
the two parties to develop communication.
Amazon also faces critical issue regarding the price war as there is a lot of competition. To
overcome the problem of reducing down the price of the product the leader opt situational
leadership style by which it focuses upon keeping the price as it is and increasing value to products
and services. Moreover , these leadership styles helps a leader take more effective and smart
