Before analyzing leadership self-insight I have attended several tests or quiz by using specific diagnostic tools. The diagnostic tools are related to my leadership qualities and competencies. I have given assessment based on three tools including situational leadership skills, emotional intelligence skills and interpersonal communication skills. In mysituational leadershipskill I havescored highthat implies that I am accustomed and competent in handling any kind of situations happened at the workplace. As a business leader, I may have to face numerous unexpected situationsduetoemployeeabsenteeism,lackofcooperation,miscommunicationsoon. However, I am very much confident and competent in handling any kind of crisis raised suddenly. Employees working under me can work being happy and enthusiastic. I do not prefer to make my work environment suffocating. If any employee faces health issue at the workplace I try to stretch my hand towards the individual. I have made an effective team rapport with each other based on which employees can get any kind of cooperation from me due to their health issue. On the other hand, in case of any kind of crucial situation happened due to customer dissatisfaction I have the ability to communicate with the customers properly. Myinterpersonal communicationskill is not effective due to which I have gathered very low scorein this part. People having language barrier faces challenges in communicating with me. Large number of employees is there associated with my organization that have language barrier.Iamonlycomfortableinmaintainingverbalcommunication.Mynon-verbal communication skill is very poor. I cannot express my opinion and point of views by showing my facial expression and body language. Naturally, people from different cultural backgrounds

Proper face to face communication is very important for resolving any kind of business issues happened at the workplace. It is however undeniable that due to the lack of non-verbal communication knowledge and multi-lingual flexibility I am unable to understand the major concern of those employees. Naturally, they fail to show their best endeavour towards the services. However, in order to become an efficient leader I would have to improve my interpersonal communication skill so that employees can share their views and thoughts with me. The third and the last assessment that I have given includes myemotional intelligence skill. In this very specific test I have madehigh score. As a successful leader I have received immense positive feedback from my colleagues due to my quick customer service. As a team leader I have the capability of getting employee productivity at the right time. Employees prefer to deliver the services within stipulated time due to effective team bonding and communication. By maintaining participative form of decision making style I can share my views and thoughts with my team members. As a result, they can get the opportunity of sharing a good bond with me. If the employees understand my direction I never tend to show my rude attitude towards this individual. I always prefer to show my sympathetic outlook towards my team members so that employees do not get afraid of the workplace. I have observed that my situational leadership quality is not very high. I have to face immense difficulties in handling any kind of crisis being unable to handle major situation effectively. In addition, my decision making skill and time management competency is very poor. I cannot take proper decision at the right time due to which the crisis situation increases eventually. Therefore, it is however undeniable that I need to focus on improving my management quality.

As per my strengths, I have good communication skill with the help of which I can easily interact with the team members. By maintaining participative form of decision making style I can share my views and thoughts with my team members. As a result, they can get the opportunity of sharing a good bond with me. In this kind of situation, I have observed that team productivity becomes very much high. The team members do not show their reluctant attitude in providing additional effort for team. As a successful leader I have received immense positive feedback from my colleagues due to my quick customer service. As a team leader I have the capability of getting employee productivity at the right time. As a result, customers do not have to wait for a long time in order to receive services. Employees prefer to deliver the services within stipulated time due to effective team bonding and communication. If any employee faces health issue at the workplace I try to stretch my hand towards the individual. In a word, I as a leader am known for co-operative and emphatic towards employees. My emotional intelligence skill is very high. My English communication skill is very fluent. At the same time, it is also undeniable that I do not have multi-lingual flexibility. In order to capture my emotional intelligence skill and quality I would have to show my sympathetic nature towards employees. I should never impose my own decision on the employees. In addition, I would have to focus on any kind of health and psychological issue faced by the employees at workplace. I have also observed that my technological competency is not very updated with the gradual progress of globalization. I am very much backdated in handling advanced technology. I am only habituated in operating regional accounting software.
