business environment or age distribution , career distribution etc. all this factor will be
affected by the amazon company at the time of enhance business and introduce new
police and rules in market. In such factor will affect the business environment of Amazon
company in online market(Cameron and et.al 2014). In all this factors age factor is very
high nowadays , because all the polices and enhance the business with the help of the age

Ward, J., 2016). In each organisation is focus on the leadership style to improve the performance
in the organisation. Leadership style are as follows :-

organisation. It means all the responsibility in the organisation is that people . In this
leadership style all the authority and responsibility in one hand. This leadership style is

this leader is use strategic thinking in the organisation. Amazon company will follow new
rules and regulation in the organisation .
ï‚· Transformational leadership style :- In this leadership style will follow to motivate the
new as well as old employees in the organisation. This leader will help to motivate the
employees in the organisation to do more interesting work in the future. Amazon
company will follow this leadership style in the organisation. This style improves the
overall working condition of amazon organisation.
