It implies the ability of the leader to influence the subordinates to

The leadership approach implemented helps to deal with
different crisis and challenges.
The main goal of this presentation is to analyze the case study

There are lack of vision and focus in the firm which has led
to the crisis.
He implemented a four day week-off to manage the crisis
situations.

leaders based on the ground of equal treatment to both blue
collar and white collar.
However this has led to various criticisms and struggles.
