Elon Musk can be said to be both a successful leader along with a manager as he was able to bring about changes in the organization that revealed that he has the unique traits of both leader and that of a manager. He can be said to be an effective leader as he is transparent and he can keep the employees personally engaged. He can move his teams in the forward direction that showed that he has the capabilities of a successful leader.
