Leadership is defined as the influential factor that makes an individual to take control over
different tasks and activities. There is important value for all managers and leaders to enhance

Uber technologies is an organisation of America which was founded in the year 2009. This is all
service which provides food delivery, ride hailing from a package delivery, Courier service,
electric bicycle and motorised scooter rental (Becker, 2020). The main headquarters of this
company are situated in San Francisco and it is having operations in approximately 900
Metropolitan areas of the world. This company was founded by Garret camp and Travis
kalanick.

Dara khosrowshahi is CEO of Uber and he was born in the year 1969. This person was CEO of
Expedia group previous year and he worked very hard for making travel fair aggregators
successful. The leadership style possessed by him is social leadership style. This person is
involved in caring about customers and making them to be connected with the company through
social media marketing. This person tries his best for making the company more popular among
customers. Mission of his interviews states that is sleep only person who takes care of the
customer satisfaction and behaviour (Bugador, 2019). According to him, to be CEO of the
company is the most valuable job. It is important for a private entrepreneur to manage the
attempt for increasing profits and sales of the company could stop Uber is a global Corporation
and for managing it, there is requirement of following different set of leadership skills. These are
helpful for providing growth in this company.
