This also help the organization/business for knowing and
completing the effective goals by using various types of

Leadership Styles
Autocratic styles :
This is otherwise called tyrant authority is being initiative style
described by individual control while by keeping in general control
towards the choice and putting all the more little gathering
individuals. This could include outright, tyrant power over a
gathering.
Democratic styles :
This is also known as shared leadership styles which help the
employee or team members for knowing bout how usually they can
participate in any role. While having such things this must be
important for knowing about how this could work and manage the
people for working with many skills.
Laissez faire styles :
This create more high issues and trust attitude towards the
employee who are working in organization. As having such kind of
things this must be important for knowing about how this could
work and involve the team for working together.
Leadership Skills
Basically many of skills which are to be required for
being leader in organization. While some of the skills
such as change management and innovation skills,
communication, planning an delivery skills, strategic
thinking skills, persuasion and influent skills.
My Leadership Styles
I think about that autocratic and democratic styles which
could keep me for knowing about how usually being for
dealing with any situation. Along with this I have also
come to know about how this styles are being important
an how this could help me for taking some decision.

I think that I would be good candidate because I have

organization. While managing the clients and make their
