team.

the input of the team members
and work accordingly.
 Transformational leadership is
based on the decision making
influences on the team members
 Servant leadership is based on the
understanding of the team
members’ needs, skills,
relationships and tools

 Leadership is important in the
team work and nursing care
delivery.
 Leadership skills such as the
communication, interpersonal
skills, collaboration skills,
influencing skills and others
are needed to be developed.
 The awareness would be
helpful for the nurses to
collaborate and develop
better care plans and
workability as well
(Whitehead, 2019).
