This dissertation explores the different leadership styles used by managers in Marks and Spencer to enhance employee productivity. It discusses the challenges faced by managers and the research methodology used. The research aims to determine the meaning of leadership within a business environment, identify the leadership styles used by managers, and examine the challenges faced by managers while implementing leadership styles. The research methodology includes a deductive approach and a survey strategy. The data is collected through primary and secondary methods, and the sample size is 30 managers. The project adheres to the UoB Research Ethics Framework.
