INTRODUCTION
Project defines as implementation of specific plans, proper research and strategies it is
most important part of the health care. Project can be seen as a successor for the business.
Different leadership styles describe about the manner through which leader can change the
environment of the health care. It allows the leader to implement ideas and motivate their teams
to right direction. This report will cover how leadership style improve communication and
culture in health care also how it facilitates to change to achieve the health care goals.
MAIN BODY
Workplace culture and no blame culture for improving the patient safety
Workplace culture defines the different cultural beliefs, shared information, philosophies
and experiences that people shared in their workplace. Workplace culture includes better
leadership, better services to the people. In health care their workplace culture plays an important
role in the treatment of their patients (Giddens, (2018)). No blame culture has main objective to
improve the quality of treatment given to the patient. Through which healthcare staffs can learn
from their mistakes and take all the safety measure to not repeat mistakes again or to improve
their treatment services given to the patient.
Leadership styles to achieve the health care goals
Leadership style plays an important role to achieve the goals of health care. It allows the
leader to guide or motivate their employees to complete the task for their work. Through which
leader can bring all the staffs together to give their effort in their work to improve the services
given to their patients. Nurses can be a good leader as they manage the whole treatment process
of the patient their support to their colleagues can improve the environment of their workplace
which helps them to develop understanding with the patient so that they can recover better.
Characteristics of democratic and transformational leadership style:
Main characteristic of democratic leadership that it include each and every one's opinion.
It gives motivation to the member they feel more engaged towards their work. Therefore, for
healthcare if staff and nurses feels more engaged in their work than, it will be beneficial for their
patients (Morsiani, Bagnasco & Sasso, (2017)). Transformational leadership characteristics are
it gives leader to take right risk for them, also leader in this leadership sides their ego and
promote their members to move according to the vision and allow them to make innovation and
