INTRODUCTION
Visionary leader is a person who have a clear idea about the company that what will
be the future and they work to make their vision into the reality and they lead a team of
people in the direction of their vision.
This report will discuss the Visionary leadership at the Generics Group as per the case
study. It will also analyse that how vision by the founder of Generics Groups professor Edge
and how can be sustained.
MAIN BODY
Is vision is just a Dream or it can be reality
Yes Vision can be just a dream if leaders do not believe that it can be converted
into the reality. Vision always a dream in their first stage but it is an ability of the Visionary
leaders to convert their dream into the reality. To become a successful in the business every
leaders should have the vision for their company so the team who is working under them can
understater that what they have to achieve for their company and leaders provide them a
direction to achieve those goals for the company (Hwang and Black., 2020). Everything is
possible if they are having vision in their life which can lead them toward the success.
Similarly, in a given case also Generics Group leader Edge was having a vision of their
company. Edge does not focus on the people to be creative for the company, but they create the
environment where creativity was the part of it which make them successful in their business.
Without having the visions business cannot be successful or when company start loosing their
vision they cannot grow their business. Generics Group also failed in their business when the
loss their vision and their leader Edge left the business.
Creation of the vision that all stakeholders will share
Creating a vision for the company will take time because leader have to understand
that where hey want to see their company in the future. It is necessary for them to have clear
vision which can be possible, and they can achieve in the future. After making the vision lead
have to make the proper strategies that how they will achieve and how their team can help
them to achieve set goals and set target because leader can not achieve the vision alone so
they will need proper and training team who have ability and skills to achieve goals and
objectives of the company (Guertin, Heard and Del Rosario., 2019). Last stage is introducing
the companies vision to another stakeholders who are important part of the company. Leader
