Introduction
Our recruiting company, Cameron Resources, is providing a better opportunity for
all those staff members by honouring them with awards and appreciations for
their hard work and dedication. As being the internal communications manager, a
piece of exciting news is waiting for all the staff members and that is, a small get
together is going to be held just after the award ceremony along with exciting
games and delicacies will be available. A sort of relaxation, as well as memorable
moments, are going to be unveiled throughout the whole ceremony and an
exciting book is going to be discussed at the closing ceremony. Employees feel
that it is too tiring to deal with their individual work every single day so here is an
opportunity to rectify their mistakes and dissolve them through this book named
“The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey. How many
employees are out there who can easily convince them that they know their
proper ways to understand the qualities of leadership? There are various
effective ways through which they can develop their skills and motivate
themselves to work actively and appropriately. It will provide self-help to all those
people who feel demotivated and devastated at their workplaces, and it will help
them to secure their respective position in a new way or in a better way. They can
actually enhance their qualities by incorporating specific essential ideas and
thoughts after going to this book. There are some critical points that can assist
them at any circumstances such as independence, interdependence and
continual improvement.

have divided them into subparts for delivering a better concept. He wanted to
introduce his approaches to the readers that all the people have their own ways
to connect with different aspects. All the people have their individual perspectives
which can be different from one another. He critically introduces three main
stages of maturity through which a personal change can be brought into one’s
self. It begins from dependence to independence and ends at interdependence.
The first two helps to achieve interdependence that can help to secure the final
