What did we do?
In the PPT we have done definition of ethics, values and beliefs along with their differences. And
what are the things that are taught by the ethics which will help me to become ethical. Along
with this we have also done different levels of values bet I want to have at the time of working
for the company (Camacho and Huver, 2020).
Why did we do it?
We have done this because it is very important to know what are the values, believes and that
takes at the time of working in the company which plays an important role who understand and
listening to other perspectives. It also helps to know how to talk in respectful manner with the
other person by letting him to speak before my respond.
What was my reaction?
At the time of doing this PPT my reaction was very shocking because from this I have come to
know what are the things that are useful at the time of working in the company along with this it
is also plays an important role By knowing the personal values in the organization that are
related to vision, integrity, communication, excellent and respect.
What have I learned?
From the report I have learned different types of things data related to what are the things that I
would like to work for the companies along with this knowing their values and what are the
ethics that are thought by the organization on where those values originate (Chowdhury 2018).
What are my next steps?
My next step is to read full project clearly to find out if there is no mistakes and writing it in
proper manner which is clearly understand by the people who want to read this and presenting it
with beautiful outlet and design which make it attractive.
