In this researcherwill use qualitative research for obtaining information for gaining better results for the future.2

Qualitative information cannot be expressed in numerical terms whereas quantitative informationis expressed in numerical terms that help in providing effective results in doing further study(Doppelt, 2017). As qualitative approach is taken with the help of survey questionnaire data willbe collected for further analysis. Research philosophy:- It isdealing with thenature and development of knowledge that will berequired for carry out research for the future. It comprises of two types interpretivism andpositivism. Interpretivism provide small sample to researcher for conducting further study. Onthe other hand, positivism is highly structured and providing large samples to researcher forgetting better results while conducting research. Researcher will use interpretivism philosophyfor achieving objective of the study. Research Design:- It includes various process and methods that are designed for collecting andmeasuring problem that will be occurred during research. It consist of two types as exploratoryand descriptive research (Pollack and Pollack, 2015). In exploratory approach problem will beidentified by researcher for the purpose of getting effective results. On the other hand, indescriptive various methods and procedures will be used for investigating data and informationfor further study. Researcher will used descriptive technique that will be used for providingbetter results in the further study. Data Collection:- It refers to the process of collecting and measuring information throughdifferent sources that help in evaluating outcomes to researcher. This consist of two typesprimary and secondary collection of data. Primary method involve collecting informationthrough survey. Data that have been collected through this approach is real time data as collectedby investigator itself and provide valuable data and information for further research (Kazadi,Lievens and Mahr, 2016). Secondary data will be collected through books and journal and thedata that have been collected is second hand information. In this researcher will use primarymethod of collection by using survey. Sampling:- It is the method of taking sample from the given population for the purpose ofgetting desired result in the future. There are different types of sampling such as stratified, cluster, systematic or random sampling. In this random sampling will be used by using nonprobabilistic technique by researcher. As in random sampling sample is being collectedrandomly by researcher for conducting further study. Sample size of 20 respondents is taken intoconsideration as questions will be asked from employers of the company. 3

Data analysis:- It is the process of converting data and information that will be gathered byresearcher by drawing conclusion that help in making decision for the company. In this thematicanalysis will be used by the researcher (Bryson, 2018). Ethical Consideration:- This is the most important part of research. As data and informationthat will be collected remain confidential by researcher so that there is less chances of error whileconducting research. It will be taken into consideration that respondents will participate inproviding accurate information to the researcher. Activities time & scaleThis is defined as strategic plan that aids to identify and conduct research activities inproper manner. However, the overall research structure will aids to identification of criticalknowledge gap and coordinate a common research agenda. Thus, its defined in below contexedmanner as are- 4
