INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management are considered as a two terms that is necessary to understand. .
It is important to increase understanding regarding leadership which is an essential part of
appropriate management. Leader is a considered as a person who influence individual person
towards achieving goal. The manager has an ability to achieve sustainable competitive edge
during particular phase of time period. Herein, the topic is considered as an “Emotional
leadership important driving force for success of organisation” The Company is chosen named as
TESCO. It is considered as a largest organisation focuses on performing their work in an
appropriate manner. And, there is a discussion regarding value of theoretical management and its
leadership connected with framework for responsible practitioner. In addition to this, there is
assessment of management as well as leadership theory by increasing awareness towards social
& political reference of management (Bason, 2018).

Emotional intelligence signifies the capability to comprehend, monitor, control and also
develop feeling that is helpful in increasing understanding regarding feeling of another person. In
other words, emotional intelligence is beyond bolts of being leader and focuses on how emotions
imposes direct effect on another individual person and generate positive results in upcoming time
period. In addition to this, emotional intelligence aids assistance to leader to analyse need and
wants o individual person to whom they motivate. It is necessary for leader to have emotional
intelligence in order to maintain superior relationship with its staff for conducting various tasks
in proper manner (Bradoch, Whitehous and Linder, 2018). Thus, the good leader increasing
awareness regarding emotional intelligence for effectively communicates with another person in
an appropriate manner. It is also helpful in achieving success and growth in future time period.
Thus, there is an assessment related to theoretical management and leadership framework which
is necessary to consider by TESCO that is given below:
Manager emphasize on organising people so that they perform their work to achieve goal
and increasing their contribution to make sure that the organisation perform their function in an
appropriate manner. The management approach focuses on empowerment of subordinate in

present administration practices and by using techniques related to contemporary leadership.
Therefore, herein, there are various theoretical administration and leadership which is used for
responsible practitioner during particular phase of time period. There are different types of
management approaches which are adopted by Tesco which is going to be mentioned below:
Classical approach this approach provides focuses on subordinate and the organisation
depend on different kind of administration practices (Dimick, 2019). This approach emphasize
on enhancing economic efficiency and increase universal principle which is applied in whole
circumstances. This method is helpful in assessing superior method that is applicable in overall
circumstances of company. Therefore, the Tesco emphasis on using classical approach that is
applied in whole circumstances and it is useful in organising various tasks in proper way in any
situation that aids assistance in enhancing growth in future time period. The manager focuses on
motivating subordinate to perform their work in an appropriate manner. By using this approach,
there are various types of method used for executing work in an appropriate manner. The
administration team focuses on enhancing profit margin and they treat subordinates like
resources. In context of selected organisation, the administration adopt classical approach
scientific administration, bureaucratic management, administrative Management and many more
in addition with alterations that assists in managing subordinate within company (Winston,
2018).
Behavioural administration approach the management team emphasised on making
proper strategy for tackling or handling human resources within company in proper way. They
emphasis on enhancing understanding in respect of requirement of subordinate that assists in
increasing level of productivity and motivate them accordingly. There are different types of
models is Maslow& Mayo that is used by administration team of chosen organisation for
retaining or sustaining human resource in company for longer period of time. Thus, the
management approach is important for maintaining favourable ambience in organisation. If
environment is considered as a positive then employees or subordinate feel valued in executing
work in appropriate manner that helps in enhances growth of company in future time period
(Gurvich 2018). In addition to this, there are various leadership frameworks which adopted by
TESCO that is going to be mentioned below:
The leadership framework is determined as a set of principle that explains what manager
knows and work within business organisation. It is defined as practices that are essential for
