shared goal. ” A leader is seen as someone who
paves the way in an effort to influence people to
follow those paths. Leadership is not just an act

person is not born a leader, but nurtured by their

Work and relationship behavior are important to the idea of leadership style for
individual leaders and their effectiveness depends on how they apply their style
to various situational contradictions. The key determinant of the success or
failure of a leader’s behavioral approach is to provide encouragement and

goals.
