Leading and managing change is defined as a systematic approach to effectively deal with
transformation and transition of organisational processes, goals and technologies. This
assessment is mainly undertaken to duly acknowledge the change that has been managed in
Sports Direct which performs its operations in retail segment and offers services worldwide.
The presentation is based on implementation of change in two entities that operate their
functions in same industrial segment.
