INTRODUCTION
Management of change refers to the collective term as per the different types of
approaches such as individuals, teams as well as organisation in order to make several
organisational changes. It mainly develop demoralised and moralised impact on the ways in
which companies are operate their entire operations. There functions and operations can be in the
term of system, technological, policies and so many (Ansari, 2019). All these are helpful to
support entire activity of firms which change is considered as a lead management in a right
direction. Therefore, leading and management change is necessary for all kind of business to
achieve targeted goals or objectives. Present report is based on British retailing group which
provide services across the globe by having so many other sporting brands or trades as well.
Moreover, discussion will be based on change was brought in 2 companies that deals in a same
industry with influence on their organisational strategies. At last, it will measure reduction of
demoralised influence of change and some leadership approaches in order to deal with to bring
few alterations.

Change is always considered as an essential aspect within industries by which they are
liable for arrangement of increment to get efficiency of smooth work flow (Alavi and Gill,
2017). So that it is necessary for firm to ensure that changes are easily executed as per the trends
within the marketplace. So that change always impact on the firm and their overall business
operations through developing different type of alternatives for firms. In reference with 2 firms,
for better understanding of change are mentioned below:
Sports direct- this organisation is emerged as an international leader in sector of sports,
lifestyle and luxury apparel through offering its customers a wide and dynamic range of iconic
brads. This organisation was established in 1982 as a single store and today is one of the largest
sporting goods retailer of UK.
House of Fraser- it is a well known British department store that is having around 51
stores across various location of UK and Ireland. This organisation was established in 1849 at
Glasgow, Scotland. House of Fraser is mainly providing men, women's, kids luxury clothings,
accessories and shoes through covering large number of designer's brand across the globe.
