INTRODUCTION
Managing and leading change among businesses is widely important for bringing
effective company management scenario and for regulating wider levels of competencies among
all employees leading services . Report analyzes case study of CAFE 13 where at present there
are various levels of chaos , inefficiency among operations and the leader capabilities to manage
functions are not properly developed. Report analyses new management change model, thoories
for bringing on new metrics of development, new leadership styles and various advancement
through which cafe functional stability can be enhanced with wider competitive development.

There are continuous changes and innovation in external environment such as
development in technologies or changes in customer’s preference are some of the factors that
impact overall business operation and strategy. It is responsibility of manager to effective
managed external changes so that firm can retain its market share and profitability. Planned
approached means manager plans in advance about various steps that it needs to take in order to
implement change in organisation. Therefore John by using Koter change management model
can planned in advance the way changed needs to be managed so that firm can retained its
competitive positioning. Such as:
Sense of Urgency: It can be changed that need to be brought in organisation should be powerful
and urgent that is without that company will not able to survive and sustain in market. John by
creating such a environment where employees can be aware of several problem that are faced by
company and it is important for firm to brought changed can motivates and influenced them to
put their best. Manager by creating changes as needs for development and growth of organisation
as well as employees is able to get 75% of its success in implementation of changes.
Team building: The next steps that need to be planned by manager of cafe 13 is that
development of strong team so that each individual easily coordinate and cooperate with each
other. Instead of fighting with each other them complement or work together as team for
common objectives of firm. John also needs to delegated authority and responsibilities to several
employees to take better and quick decision for benefits of organisation. Delegation of authority
helps in enhancing employee’s engagement and active participation as they are happy and
satisfied that company is giving more importance to them. John while planning should ensured
