INTRODUCTIONIn present dynamic era, every organisation makes redundant efforts in order to retain thetop position in the marketplace. Leading and managing organisation in global context isconsidered to be challenging and crucial task for management. Aspects such as ethics, financialmanagement, global economic analysis needs to be considered by the management in order tosustain in global environment. In the present report, an analysis of different articles coveringthese aspects will be made in order to enhance the comprehensive understanding. It is atoy company which headquartered in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, United States.
