Executive summary
The purpose of this report is to analyze the implication of emerging technologies and advanced
machinery on the company Drax, United Nations. The company Drax plans to bring innovation
to its products and services as per the changing needs and requirements of the customers. The
report critically analyzes the LMOR in introducing the products and services and adapting the
emerging technologies. It analyzes the changing skills and requirements that the needed in the
organization for effectively utilizing the emerging technologies. It analyzes the capabilities and
knowledge management of the organization, it addresses the operations management of the
company, the human resource practices of the organization and the significance of high
performance work system, and it analyzes the leadership styles implemented by the organization
and reviews the financial report of the organization. Lastly, it concludes the report by
summarizing the points and undertakings the research and provides recommendations for the
improvement and betterment of the organization.

Introduction
Drax services are a maintenance provider and offering unbiased safety to life and security
advice to its potential customers. It offers Fire alarm maintenance, fire alarm systems and fire
risk assessment throughout United Kingdom (Draxuk.com. 2019). The company offers cost
control services and solutions. Drax technology also offers software and hardware technology to
monitor every events and action of being carried out to meet the regulatory requirements. It
provides fire alarm maintenance, fire risks assessment and other fire alarm systems all around
UK. They had a dominant position in the market however, in the recent years it has lost much of
its market share. Therefore, the company decides bring innovation to its products and services in
order to comply with the changing business environment and meet the changing needs, demands
and requirements of the organization (Draxservices.co.uk. 2019). The company initiates plans to
perform its business operations in an effective and in an efficient manner. In order to do so, the
company needs to take advantage of the emerging technologies and implement them in the
business operations (Anderson et al. 2014). This will enable the company to gain back its
position in the market it takes decision to implement the new emerging technologies like the
artificial business intelligence, machine learning and internet of things in order to create new
products and bring new products and services in the market. The aim and objective of this report
is to analyze the implication of the emerging technologies in the company and the need to
introduce innovative products and services in the market. The report analyzes the changing skills
requires, knowledge management, operations and leadership management that can be adapted by
the company.
