For that, organisation also must need to focus onthe performance of poor employees as well. Effective performance of poor and as well as goodemployees makes the organisation performance more better. Besides, aspiring leaders are alsoknown for its using techniques in different critical situations of the business. Like aspiringleaders use motivational theories for sustaining the higher performance of employees.Businessorganisation task is the process of company suffers business which has to follows the rules andregulations imposed by the government. Apart from this in within the organisation employees isthe asset of the business which has to be trained and productive in terms of performing thebusiness objectives. Somehow, it helps to managing the task and effective managing sourcing.Forexample :To maintained the employee satisfaction and morale towards the company.For that, they can apply Maslow Hierarchy theory in order satisfy the needs and wants of theemployees. Along with that it also helps to keep the system more productive and efficient. Inorder to make the business more effective and evaluating the business target opportunity goalsaccordingly. In order to identify that which employee is satisfied with which particular factors orfacilities. For that, leaders can apply McGeorge two factors theory. However, such theories canhelp leaders to sustained the employee motivation and employee retention growth.3
Should leaders need to have a clear understanding of leadership styles & organisationalbehaviour.According to me leadership is the most required part for the organisation to betterunderstand the business threats and opportunities.Also, I think leadership is the most importantcriteria which has to be understand by the employees. Leaders should have known about thechallenges and difficulties that faced by the organisation.On the other hand, sometimes highperformance employees engagement also demotivate the poor performance employees whichmight ave create the negative environment around the business. Therefore, it has been proved that employee are the most essential partof the organisation in order to creating the the best source of outcomes.On the same side, leaders who lead the team of 10-12 employees.
