What are your key challenges? There are some key challenges which I face as a team leader- Distancing and being arrogant and I standing apart from those they lead, Me as a leader I leading to please others, likable, fit in, wanted, loved. On the other hand I being autocratic, perfectionist, directive, perfectionist and not delivering good results in a timely way, I am leading through incongruity or hypocrisy.
