Potential leadership style
The potential leadership means to taking the new responsibilities and adapting the
challenges in the area of the organization or company. The potential leadership style of
mine can be define into three categorize which are below.
 The my leadership style includes to take charge of group and influencing others in the
group.
 My style should be taking initiative for any challenges and working to reach the goal.
 My leadership styles should enough to handle the stress and to built up the confidence.

What are your key strengths?
My key strengths are important in both mission
and vision of companies to reach the goal
and they are defined below.
The good decision making capabilities which
influence the future of companies.
Creative and commitment.
Good communication skills, passion,
innovation, etc.

What are your key challenges?
There are some key challenges which I face as a team leader-
 Distancing and being arrogant and I standing apart from those they lead, Me as a
leader I leading to please others, likable, fit in, wanted, loved.
 On the other hand I being autocratic, perfectionist, directive, perfectionist and not
delivering good results in a timely way, I am leading through incongruity or
hypocrisy.

Personal development to develop your leadership ability
• I need to develop my leadership skills by practice discipline, take on more projects,
learn to follow, develop situational awareness and inspire others.
• It also consist keep learning, empower teammates, resolve conflicts, be a discerning
listener, set concrete goals and execute them, motivate others, find my higher purpose,
be passionate.
