Leading business companies in recent time is difficult task as it requires effective and
appropriate leadership styles with positive attitude. The current study is based on Starbuck
Company managing and leading business in Washington. This study is divided into two parts
one is reflection and second one is related to Leadership style of Kevin Johnson in context of
Starbucks.
