Potential Leadership Style
My potential style of leadership is Democratic Leadership style as I prefer to perform with
an individuals in effective way through accomplishing its personal needs along with
organisations for balancing the overall circumstances. Also, I want to involve staff into
decision making so that they feel encouraged as well as be engaged into work. So, this
leadership style is effective for me.

There are specific strengths into my leadership that are discussed below:
 Problem solving: I have to be efficient regarding bringing up solutions of contribution
which may aids another one to resolve issues. Also, I am vary much innovative this
assists me to adopt new approaches regularly.
 Honestly: This is my key strengths as I am so much honest with my staff in respect to
task performance into organisation for assuring its faith as well as obtain its loyalty.
