REFLECTION
1.
a. The leader has question to themselves as with regard to be her in order to serve or get served.
This helps me as leader to have clear indication regards to my personal aim and objectives along
with organizational vision and mission.
b. The major two key aspects which is important in developing the leadership is about having
proper delegation of task for excellent communication and confidence. Being a leader, I think
this is important as it helps in building up honesty and creative innovation to dealing various
issues.
c. Leadership style helps in focusing on level of speciality along with developing traits and
behaviour of leadership. It is also considered to be disciplines which is having major level of
focus on making the leaders more level of successful.
d. VUCA is turning out to challenges go leaders to have effective evaluation of various business
environment. I think situational leadership and servant style will be more appropriate to have
proper dealing with VUCA in business environment. This is identified as the suitable level of
navigation. In addition to that the servant leadership is regrading proper adjustments in order to
fill up development level of the followers which is trying to influence.
e. The aspiring leaders make the proper level of understanding as to have proper level of building
over strength and weakness of their respective leadership style which makes themselves more
effective and balance in order to provide leadership to other. To have knowledge development
provides direction to achieves goals and objectives.

a. The vision statement is something what the company wants to be in the respective future
successful along with clear understanding of different perspectives. In the other hand mission
statements is about small steps which makes company to have clear formation of strategy to
achieve vision.
b. Employee are considered to be important human resources in order to have developing the
mission along with narrowing the vision in more specific ways. There can be proper circulation

of values and alignment of variety objectives in more effective and efficient way to make
company to gain competitive advantage in market.
c. Leaders have major level of decision-making keeping in mind the various aspects of mission
and vision. They have major contribution in formation of goals and objective for motivating
employee to achieve organization mission and vision in effective and efficient
manner. Leaders are responsible for proper functioning of the organization.
d. The stakeholder has the direct and indirect relationship in order to have maintenance of the
company effective level of strategy. The leadership has the proper level of managerial the
aspiration of stakeholders which have clear level of allowing customer, suppliers and other
stakeholder to have the development business in more effective way.
e. The leaders have the different things which are majorly level of depending on various area of
activity along with roles and responsibility which is having the desire the level of goals and
desires. The leader has the major following task which is envisioning along with aligning
followers to have remaining the sense of measurement of core skill.

a. The strategic leadership helps in managing the tension along with success level of daily task
implementation along with long term success of company mission and vision. This helps in
facilitation of strategic actions along with providence the direction and autonomy along with
proper level of risk taking for articulation of values and alignment of varsity objectives.
b. Change leadership have been considered the ability to have the level of influences and
enthusiastic by having the personal level of advocacy along with vision and mission which is
having access level of resources in order to have building up the major platform less to have the
respective level of change.
c. Organizational potential have been considered as the approach or effective energy to have the
further level of development in company. This is helpful in proper level of maintenance and
motivation in employees by examining different level of business situation and modification.
This is considered to be effective in achieving the organization strategy development for
respective missions and vision.
d. The business context is about the operation of company which is majorly effecting iotas input
and output level of logistics which is actuality impacting consumption of choices along with
