Leaders are those people who lead in
aspiring other people that are involved in
that particular organisation. this will help
them in pursuing their vision in such
extent that it leads further in becoming the
shared vision between leaders and also the
subordinates that leads in contributing
towards organisations success

What are the main contributions that
individuals, leaders and stakeholders make
in creating and executing the mission and
vision of an organization?
Further, to make or decide the mission
statement of Boeing the leaders and
managers of the cited organisation have to
be more specific and must try to answer
the key questions in usual manner. I also
analysed through this that they would
have to think about the customers,
services that is being provided by them to
customers and also to employees that are
working with them and later try to define
it.

change management strategies) in order to
maximize organizational potential in a
variety of different business contexts?
I basically believe that it really plays
extremely important role for leaders to
understand huge range of leadership
strategies so that they can achieve huge
volume of profitability and also in making
particular firm to reach the boost.

critically evaluate a range of motivational
(employee engagement) theories within a
specific organizational context?
Motivating theories plays significant role
in motivating employees and also making
them work in such way that they achieve
desired goals of a particular enterprise. I
personally believe that motivation and
also the performance of particular
employees are one of the most essential
tools for organisations success.
