1. (a)What are the two essential questions that is necessary for leaders to ask from themselves?
Two fundamental questions that leaders must need to ask themselves.
Do I have innovation skills capabilities?
How can I show vulnerability to the people?
1. (b)What are two key features of leadership?
There are two key aspects of leadership which are below.
Integrity and Honesty:- The leader need to consider these values of organisation as any
organisation is built on these two cores.(Antony, Setijono and Dahlgaard, 2016)
Confidence:- The leader must confident about his vision, goals and in taking decision.
1. (c)Define leadership style?
The leadership style applications on the working of leaders and their style which refers to
the behaviours of leaders while managing the groups. The autocratic and transformational styles
are some two types of styles.
1. (d)Two different styles that are appropriate for VUCA environment.
Resonant style:- With this the leaders can share their views to the surroundings people.
Transformational style:- It includes the changing and improving the pattern of
company.

This in-depth understanding can provide the direction to leaders so that they can motivate
to individuals.

The vision refers to the desirable position of the company while mission refers to the
