Two fundamental questions that leaders must need to ask themselves.
 Do I have innovation skills capabilities?
 How can I show vulnerability to the people?

There are two key aspects of leadership which are below.
 Integrity and Honesty:- The leader need to consider these values of organisation as any
organisation is built on these two cores.(Antony, Setijono and Dahlgaard, 2016)
 Confidence:- The leader must confident about his vision, goals and in taking decision.
1. (c)Define leadership style?
The leadership style applications on the working of leaders and their style which refers to
the behaviours of leaders while managing the groups. The autocratic and transformational styles
are some two types of styles.

 Resonant style:- With this the leaders can share their views to the surroundings people.
 Transformational style:- It includes the changing and improving the pattern of
company.
