communicate with people in an organisation, excellent communication is required along with
teamwork to perform various work in enterprise.

leaders to be successful in what they want to do. Here, leadership style is one of the instance of
leadership theory. When there is more focus on behaviours and traits of leaders then it is called

Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous are for volatile and uncertain, democratic style is used and
for complex and ambiguous, situational leadership is used.

conflicts, learning to follow, I have to enhance my personal development. I need to read
newspaper, books and analysing situation to be aware about it. For resolving conflicts, I have to
participate in decision making, reading books related with conflict resolution. In order to learn
new things, I should be active listener and analyse each and every situation in an effective and
efficient manner. In this way, I can develop my leadership ability.
