The first action of leadership is to describe model of that decisions of leadership are gets
to monitor and evaluate inside and outside things to conduct and manage information in respect
to understand their team functions and evaluate many outcomes for people network for those
who do not in team members (Bason, 2018). The first leadership action are entails that leads to
organising, interpreting and structuring of information that will beneficial for plans. The second
action of leadership is they should have maintain a balance for better results. For team leaders
ons should be expected that to examine their task and ensure that there is an equal between
assign task and their fixture. It is also entails that leading taking action to enable those members
to achieve their objectives and provide to get a external support of team. The third action
determine their external and internal leadership actions. This action is accomplished that team
members use collaboration methods and to assure that team all of these team members are
participating and manage their struggle. The final action determine performance and
development of team members. It is also satisfied that what team members which they
understand what leader should expect from team members in many different ways.
Overall this theory provide three states which are essential for all team members and their
leaders (Nevarez, Jouganatos and Wood, 2019). These actions consist of aims that they are
ensuring to team for perform optimally which is related in better way.
