Abstract
The report is based on contemporary leadership and the ways it has affected the
working of an organization. The leaders are an influential part of the organization. The
traditional leadership is quite different from the contemporary leadership. It is the
development of oneself and set plans for the coming five years. For the identification of the
communication gap, I have taken several courses like professional development. The study is
based on the ways a leader influences the follower and achieve the goals of the organization.
To achieve the goals of the organization, the regular productive working of the followers is
essential. The leader helps in the identification of the problems faced by the followers and
helps in motivation.

Introduction
The social enterprise is developing over time. There is a large number of competitors
in the market and to compete with the competition it is important to develop leadership plans
and strategies for establishing a strong business. The effective using of the skills for the
successful running of the individual entrepreneur and implementation of them in the right
place and time makes a strong organization (Leitch and Volery 2017). To achieve success in
entrepreneurship there is a requirement of identifying the areas of competencies. I have
completed around fourteen to fifteen personalities as well as solved several multiple
questionnaires that were based on skills and leadership style. I have appeared in these tests
during my courses. I am also blessed with the ability to identify my emotions, can self-
motivated and can set goals. However, I need to adapt to social skills and should be more
social (Clinton 2018). I must also propagate creativity, must be open to criticism as this is a
strong quality a leader must-have.
Discussion
Future leadership plans
It is very important that there must be plans for the future. Aims and objectives are
very essential for the success of leadership. Thus, I have various plans for the enterprise and
want to be an aspiring founder and leader. My development plan [refer to appendix], where
my five-year leadership plans are mentioned are progressing towards general management. I
have also been in the social service sector as a chief operating officer. To build an established
entrepreneur leader it is important to build a team. The most important aspect to be the leader
is to create a team with potential (Komives 2016). After the creation of the team, the team
members must also know my vision. To run the task appropriately the goals and objectives
must also be acknowledged by the team members. The growth must also be tracked for the
