7LEADING LEAN PROJECTS Identification of the value stream:In this stage a plan must be implemented to eliminate all the wastes allowing the improvement of the process. Make the value flow:Considering the value enabling work, value added work and the analysis of the non-value added work, the value stream is needed to be analyzed. The pure management of waste delivers damage repairing, management of project motion, inventory management’s success and over manufacturing. In fact, this is the resolution of most of the common project failure. Identification along with Elaborating Process The listed wastes that are eliminated by the Lean Project Management are described as follows: 1.Shipping Waste 2.Over Processing Waste 3.Defect Waste 4.Inventory Waste 5.Motion and Writing Waste 6.Over Production Waste In that above mentioned example of FIFA World Cup, the waste which is identified had to be over processing.
