Leading and managing team is all above refers to develop continues efficiency in people
work behaviour, managing good relationship with others, motivating individual for successfully
completion of given task. Effective team expansion is easier when organization leader applies
transparency, good communication, problem solving, encourage people and many more essential
approaches. Powerful team expansion is not only depending on company leader and manager,
but individual also has responsibility to involve and develop politeness and problems solving
skills which is useful for culture effectiveness (Rysavy and Michalak, 2020). Impressive team
development defiantly increases performance of business or organization with positive manner,
and it surely gets more success. This study will provide information about application of theory
and model provide effective idea about team effectiveness development, assessment of
techniques for essential skills' expansion in individual and reflection from learning and
evaluating of skills. Also, this study will clearly provide information about leading management
effectiveness in team, is not easier which techniques and tools organization management
consider and uses for team development and how management promote towards with self-
management approaches.

theories for successful team development are as follows,
Turkman team development theory:
 Forming: It includes activities to work on communicate with other members to knowing
about each other. This activity can be easily done by when organization top management
develop concern and develop interaction activity, group task activities and many more
(Schot, Tummers and Noordegraaf, 2020).
 Storming: In this stage management leader uses motivating practices like individual has
responsibility to resolve conflicts with their own level and own technique, develop

questioning in communication development etc. Application of this stage effectively
connect people to others.
 Norming: Taking and evaluating feedbacks from individual who performing task in
group because in this stage leader mainly develop concern and develop first preference to
resolve any conflicts with right manner and for long term substantiality expansion in
team.
 Performing: Completion of three stages management leader provide common goal to
group of people for completion of task within specific time.
 Adjourning: Last stage is adjourning which mainly refers to determine the outcome from
team development and application of multiple practices has power to managing task with
great manner or not. And also evaluate which major problem individual face when it
performs task in team.
Belbin team development theory: It mainly divided into three parts for inspiring people and
continues practices development for team strength.
 Action oriented: Its very effective and strict actioner approach because leader clearly
provide instruction that individual has to accept challenges, involve practises from own
ideas and leader gives specific time to complete task within specific time. Utilization of
this stage individual develop more efficiency and managing task with effective manner
(Samarasekera and et.al., 2020).
 People oriented: Encourage, motivation, inform about new opportunists and many more
practice for people beneficial aspects defiantly effectively influence performance and its
useful for motivate individual so for performance effectiveness.
 Thought oriented: New ideas, evolution of new opportunities, innovative techniques
application and creative approaches includes in thought oriented activities, leader and
manger provide gradience that this specific task has complete by this specific people s
individual has responsibility to engage new ideas for completion of task.

Approaches and strategies for leading and managing team
It have been seems that the anxiety is common among people when the task is given and lead to
follow colleagues to achieve the organizational goals and objective. If may not have the proper
team management skills, it can learn and apply the settle for new role or polish up on the being
manager for sometimes. This could also include the tools and techniques for developing or
achieving the goals and objective while by using such things:
Hire right people: Involvement of right people are one of the most essential aspect. This
strategy makes more profound results. Because when interviewer decide to involve individual for
team development they do mainly consider to ask essential questions which useful for provide
information about they do have skills or not. So make sure company when hire right people they
do have to develop higher concern on right questioner or right method with sustainable process
as well.
While organization need to hire the right team members. That helps the team for working with
right talents and also helps for completing the project productivity with having its highest level

productivity as well. And leader feel less responsibility as well because any small decisions and
risk they can easily manages with their own decisions. Therefore, it’s important to involve
activities so individual make and create relation with others.
Discuss teamwork in performance review: Utilization of this technique within in business
practices makes more profound results it makes more constancy in performance effectiveness or
individual. Review provides idea about individual activities for object achievement. And it
mainly analyses with observation and on the basis of recent market trend it can be easily analyse
form uses or software uses as well.
Develop team mission- Having good management strategy that can also come to know about
how usually the organization can work towards their team. So, before assigning the roles and
goals to team this could be important for develop team mission and encourage everyone on team

achieved and how usually they are being required for working together. Goals provide the
foundation within the good teamwork by developing the core mission of team and framing the
main purpose. Team member which has to understand, share, accept and commit to some
common objective. While having such things this might be also helped for improving the
interpersonal relationship and cab be done in various ways and may consists of anything from
someone to listening carefully.
Keep positive environment at workplace- In addition, this is important for knowing about the
cheerleader for team which seems to uphold the positive vibe at workplace. Along with this also

for working with various effective working condition. Organization that can find out the various
ways to promote the positive work environment where the people are willing to work together
and best way to have their working abilities. If leaders that have the hard time figuring out where

I have also keep focus on traits and behaviour of people that can adopt for increasing their
leadership capabilities. Here are some traits that leaders must vital good for leadership that
include: nurture growth in employee, foster connection and belonging, efficient learner, strong
ethics and high moral standards. As I have also leads for helping the team members and
developed into what they know as they can become. I think that leadership theory suggests that
employee need to be directly involved in decision-making in their organization. While having

such things this might be also helpful for everyone in taking decision with team and organization
leaders which could be simply kept direction changes (Baig And et.al., 2021). The organization
can get more benefits with having such theory, through which they can easily achieve and
involves the decision and outcomes for their company. It is also criticism that leaders in this
theory actually do not get sometime best outcome, because they are not so engaged in what
people want more than and what the company required. While I have also created with the based
on learnable behaviour and heavily focus on the action of leader. Along with this theory the best
predictor of leadership success with the view of leader sets. At the end of day, action and actual
behaviour of leader are what about the succession as per having such theory (Stone and Jawahar,
2021). I have also analysed many advantages, primarily that leaders also learn and decide that
action as they want to implement for becoming the kind of leader they want to be. It also allows
the leader to be more flexible and adapt that could be based on their circumstances. Another
benefits for the leadership styles that could be suggested anyone which is being more capable of
becoming the leader. David Attenborough, he is the best leader who is known for writing and
presenting. For organization, I usually tries to take some best styles and action through which the
employee can easily achieve the goals and objective. While earlier he was basically focused with
more wonder of the natural world, later on he reveals about work that have been more vocal in
supporting with environmental causes. I also think those leadership theories that could be address
in creating stronger and more effective leadership, helping their team members for becoming the
encouraged towards the leaders:
Contingency theory-
This theory helps the leadership for keeping the focus on particular variables which are
related with the environment that might be determining about the styles of leadership is being
suited for them. While in developing good leaders which are being able to assess the needs to
their followers, they stock about the situation and then adjust their behaviour accordingly. I have
also seemed that leadership theories which help the organization for taking some measure steps
and make sure for small factor at their succession (Insan, Masmarulan and Yasin, 2021). This
theory takes some specific leadership styles and also suggest about those good leaders are
adjusted with having the leadership styles as per given situation. Such theory, in organization
which have the great advantage and also include the leaders for able to be more effective
according to the situation context and focus more on the importance of situation.

Great man theory-
The great man theory of leadership, while sometimes this is also known as trait theory
and suggested that good leaders are born. In such kind of theory, leaders have the innate about
traits and skills which make them great and also having their better growth and development.
While having such things this might be also helpful in learning some new leadership skills and
make them more for effective things. I would like to suggest trait theory that leader deserves to
be better position because of having their special traits and also lead them for working with some
better efforts work capacities (Daraba and et.al., 2021). This might be also suggested about the
social and psychological leader that are being predetermined and that leader is being unable to
come from different shadows either chosen or not. I have also seemed that, various organization
that work with such kind of theory through which this could be easier for achieving the goals and
objective.
CONCLUSION
It has been summarized from the above reflect study that effective leading and managing
team is not easier concept it requires consideration and application of theories and approach.
This study has been shown that uses of Tuckman theory team management and Belbin team
management theory has power to provide more consistency and regular practices n team
performance influence and powerful management development with motivating employee,
problem solving practices, connecting individual to others, creation and development of storming
and many more practices of theory practices has been increase business consistency. From the
evaluation of this study it has been evaluated that utilization of quotes has power to motivating
and influencing individual towards with performing task in team and also individual get
encourage from future experience and involve self-actualization practices for performance
improvement. This project has been provided clear guidance about individual improving skills
for and applies self-management practices for future experience evaluation and identification.
Furthermore, it has been very clear that continues practices, team management theories
application one of the most effective techniques for long term business effectiveness.
