reduced effective performances of
students studying in schools and

wider segments. We will discuss
obese school aged children are
highly prone to various higher
risk for their health as they face
problem in playing sports,
performing various activities.
This is due to unhealthy diet
rich in calories and fast food
habits which make them also
lazy and inactive in their
lifestyle.

detailed information on
nutrition, and how obesity has
been widely increasing as one
of the major health problem
among children globally where
it has been found that of global
burden of obesity among
students has been rapidly
increasing. Report explains
further the factors of nutrition
with the linkage of how
malnutrition and health are
highly correlated. School going

healthy eating.Whereas the
unhealthy diets are highly lacking
equal proportion of all components
discussed above which impacts in
reduction of functioning and high
risk to various diseases and is a
result of addiction of fast foods
among children. Healthy diets are
highly specific to bring on best
synergy of functional strength and
yield onto new rational goals for
bringing on advanced functional
living standards.
