Reason behind the successful implementation of LPM
The organization “PM consultancy” generally engages with the government related work
but the director of the consultancy was informed that it is necessary to reflect the usage of LPM
principles in the procedure of project management after which the consultancy can be able to
undertake or apply for the government work. Therefore, the consultancy generally decides to use
the principles of LPM for their future project so that they can be able to get the chance of
engaging with the work of the government. It is stated by Sunder (2016), LPM or Lean Project
Management is considered as an important approach to run an organization which provides
support to the concept of proper improvement in order to work on a long term approach for
working systematically in order to achieve small, incremental changes within the processes for
properly improving the quality as well as efficiency.

It is stated by Brioso (2015) that successful as well as effective implementation of LPM
is required for the businesses for achieving proper predictable project delivery, appropriate
efficiency as well as proper customer based centric mind-set. One of the significant reason of
using the LPM is that the principles of LPM helps in delivering the project fast by properly
managing the flow and as flow is considered as measurement that helps in reflecting how
efficiently the work moves with the help of team procedures (Sohi et al., 2016). Additionally, it
is found that lean is a flexible framework that generally utilize a number of varieties of methods
in order to effectively managing the organization. Moreover, embracing lean will generally help
