The international world cup tournament is FIFA and this occurs after every four years where
numerous countries with their football team took place. In 2018 FIFA football world cup
tournament the host country was Russia and they provided the best experience of football world

view on the implementation of lean management within the project. The paper further discusses
the various process that is required for the implementation of lean project management.
