INTRODUCTIONPART A Two core educational theories AlMahmoud & et.al., (2017) stated that educational theories is not mainly related toeducation but it covers up with lot of things which are to be designed for effective learning andgaining information from various sources. By adapting this theory, learning skills are to bedeveloped and also enhances the techniques which is used by both teacher and learners todevelop their thinking towards dealing in certain situation. The main purpose of implementingthis theory is to trained the student to face various challenges which they had to incur in theirlearning and also had to implement such learning in their work. This report is based on learningof theories in medical field. Thus, it includes majorly two types of educational theories such asexperimental educational theory and social educational theory. Social Educational theory:As per Henderson & et.al., (2018) stated that this theory is mainly implemented for thelearner and students so that they can engage the learning by not only through teaching but alsoencouraging them to interact with other members and people to know their techniques which isused when there are chances to use such activity. If such activity is related to medical field thanthis is helpful as their learning bring them, new strategies in their work to commit such task andalso can bring new changes in their working and also developing their skills in more effectiveway. Social learning mainly develop by observing the working of the other people, workingtogether to know various strategies which is used by the students to deal with certain matters andalso attended various seminars and training session which bring new skill in their learning. Asthese skills are mainly developed if they attend various training program which is usuallyconducted if any new techniques are to be adapted in their technology which they are using. Bakoush & et.al., (2019) viewed that this theory is mainly useful for teacher to enhancetheir learning skill by bringing new technique in this teaching and this method is also useful indealing the students to maintain their interest in that subject for longer terms. As the role ofteacher are important to trained their students in right path and also upgrade their skills bybringing new techniques to develop their learning skills in more innovative way. In field ofmedical, the medical student knowledge are not limited to bookish language but also they had todeal with their patients by moral support, knowledge and experience. method so that by choosing the procedure of training session to the students it brings morechanges in their personal life, as students interact with other people, they enhance theirknowledge and learning and also came across of the changes which occurs in environment and toovercome from such changes in better way. Usually teacher take this initiative to bring changesin the students learning techniques but it also depends upon the student to use such facilities inmore effective way. The role of teacher is to motivate the students to learn good things and alsobe active if they find any new changes near their work places by interacting more with peopleand know their techniques to deal in such situation if they occur coincidently. AlMahmoud & et.al., (2018) examined that in the same way the role of students is alsoactively played if teacher are playing their role with more faith and honestly. Students had tograb such opportunity if they are provided by teacher. As the learning had to be developed byitself if they are willing to gain knowledges in such field. Medical field are expanded in vastscope and to develop such learning they had to be self motivated to interact with other peopleand also attend seminar which is organized by their teacher or university for better guidance andtraining to the students through digital knowledge (Ibrahim, Al Tatari, & Holmboe, 2015). Themajor principle which is found in social learning theory is related to having the proper attentionat the time of attending seminars, and also examines the behaviour, roles and value of the peopleby meeting and sharing their ideas and thoughts with other and also enhancing their attitudes todeal with various activity are also to be determined. Advantages and limitation of using Social educational theoryAs per Dash, Abdalla, & Hussein, (2017) suggested that the main advantages of using thesocial educational theory is related to improving the learning skills of the students and teacherboth. By interacting with each other they are gaining knowledge of different sectors in medicalfields and also to face the crucial situation which is to be occurred at any time. The limitationwhich is to be examined by using such theory is that students are more confused as lot oftechniques are to be implemented to conduct their training and learnings skills. Thus, studentcan't grab easily all such technology and thus half learning are harmful to the medical students toimplement such techniques on patients for their better health care (Abdulrahman, Ahmed &Carrick, 2019). The limitation which is also found in such theory is that student are not using thistheory properly and adequate facilities of the social education theory as students are facing lot ofinteraction and communication skill.
