discussed the main aspects of purpose of application of resources in learning and teaching.

whiteboards, projectors, PowerPoint, texts, smart devices, and software. The purpose is to
provide students with important opportunities to explore ideas and knowledge, collaborate, solve
problems and develop. These resources must be reliable to support each specific priority national
curriculum taught by the educational institution, and must be approved by the local Ministry of
Education. According to Glatthorn & Jailall, learning resources should also predict individual
differences and carefully coordinate and integrate disciplines.
They focus on the student's learning outcomes or standards and goals (Glatthorn & Jailall,
2020). Resources are very useful as teaching aids because they allow students to informally
access files and materials without teacher supervision, such as the results and data through visual
cues or stimuli (visual aids), or provide courses for people with dominant visual styles .
However, research shows that most students respond positively to visual aids because they are
very useful for telling stories, explaining abstract or unfamiliar things, and showing
relationships.
As a non-medical practitioner, I was forced to adopt a diverse and diverse approach to
personal care or health and social service professional student training. In this way working with
