"I am a cooperative person and in particularly in creating the idea. I have a talent of
listening more effectively than speaking. Perhaps, that is the reason I will in general
get well with colleagues and create thoughts from them. I ensure that everybody gets
an opportunity to learn in this manner, is similarly engaged with the work. Having
said that, I trust I will convey an incentive to the undertaking, for I will almost
certainly oversee and include the multi ethnic individuals from the group."
What are your strongest employability skills, and those that need strengthening? (use

Well, I am good in maintaining a positive attitude towards the work and others team
member who works with me. Being responsible is the second most skills that you
need to get the success in the life because no one want to be responsible things they
do but I would love to take the responsibilities what I do to get the success in the
work (Beausaert, Segers, & Gijselaers, 2011).
I am not so good and often at taking the initiative and making valuable and
responsible decisions which is an important quality to work in a team (Beausaert,
Segers, & Gijselaers, 2011).
