STRENGTHS I have strong communication skills due to which I can easily handle the large number of people and communicate into effective manner within the team I am a kind of consistent performer who never give up in any kind of situation and also have strong level of sincerity as well WEAKNESSES I am weak in terms of decision making due to which sometimes I miss the career opportunities which are good for me I am not good in terms of analytical skills due to which I cannot deeply understand the challenging situation into positive manner OPPORTUNITIES When I have good communication skills then it is like opportunity for me to create network on a large scale When I am good in consistency level then I can give better results to the organisation due to which I can perform into out of box way from the longer perspective THREATS I have threat of competition from my co-workers due to which I can't concentrate into appropriate manner I am weak in terms of technical skills which can act as threat for me from the longer perspective at the organisational level
