considered as a systematic process to
increase an individual's knowledge,
competency and skills, resulting in a
better performance in the work setting.
Learning is mainly concerned with the
acquisition of skills, attitude and
knowledge. Development is the
deepening and broadening of knowledge
in the line with one's development goals.

points. An individual should keep growing their skill and improving
their work performance, they need to identify and address their area
