INTRODUCTION
 Learning and development is one of the most important and
valuable aspect of the life of individual.
 It is very important for the Individual that they develop
different types of skills in their personality so that they can act
smartly in the organisation or in their life.
 All the students has make efforts in their educational
institution so that they can get the effective career.

Concept of coaching
 Coaching is related to those process of the learning under
which the coach has unblock the potentials of the student
so that their performance can be increased.
 Coaching is one of the important aspect for the learning
journey of the students. There are some problems and
difficulties are arises in the life of the student where they
required support and guidance from any experienced
person and this functions are performed by their coaches.

Trust
 It is one of the most important aspect of the coaching which
is required to be present in the relationship of the students
and coach.
 It is essential for the achievement of learning goals and
objectives that both the student and coach has trust on each
other.

Goals and objectives
 The formation of goals and objectives are one of the critical
function of the coaching which is required to be developed
effectively in the coaching.
 It is very important for the success of students in their
learning and development that the student has proper goals
and objectives in their life.

Feedback
 It is one of the most important and valuable tool
of the coaching which supports the achievement
of goals and objectives of the student.
 Under this tool of the coaching the students are
providing their suggestions about the learning of
any organisation.

Process evaluation scale
 It is one of the important tool of the self
assessment which is used by the individual to
check the achievement of goals and objectives.
 Under this tools of self assessment the individual is
required to provide rating to their current degrees
and learning programmes which helps to determine
the effectiveness of the degree or the programme.

The leader competency inventory
 This tool of assessment are bases on the four
leadership aspect which helps to measure the
performance of the user.
 This tool of the self assessment has used four
dimensions of leadership which are conceptual
thinking, Information seeking, service orientation
and strategic orientation.

Key areas of development
 It is not possible for any type of the organisation
that they have all the skills and capabilities in their
personality which enables them to achieve their goals and
objectives if life.
 There are some key skills and development areas are
present in the personality of the individual which is
required to be developed by them so that it becomes easy
for them to achieve their goals and objectives.

Communication skills
 It refers to those skills of the individual which is used
by them to interact with different types of people in
their surrounding.
 It is one of the most important skill which should be
present in the personality of the individual because it
helps them to make conversations.

Time management skills
 It is related to those skills of the individual under
which they manage the limited time in their
different life activities effectively.
 The effective time management skills help the
individual to become punctual in their life and
satisfy the needs of all stakeholders.

It is one of the most important and valuable model of the coaching
which is the first preference of the coaching while conducting their
functions. This model of communication are based on different
leadership tools which are applied on each disciplines.

Goals
 This factor of the coaching model is related to the
analysation of goals and objectives so that the
direction of the learning and development can be
right.
 There are different types of peoples are present in the
world and each person has separate goals because it
depends upon their thinking that what place they want
to achieve in their future.

Reality
 The another factor which are the part of coaching
model is Reality which is related to the
evaluation of the current scenario.
 It is very important for the achievement of the
personal goals and objectives that the individual
has knowledge about the current situation of
learning so that the strategies can be made real.

Options
This factor of the grow model states that there are
many options are present with the individual in their
journey it depends upon their power and asking
questions abilities that how they analyse these
options and makes them beneficial for themselves.

Will
 In this factor of the Grow model the individual
is required to set the time frame and
accountability for the actions.
 This factor of the model states that the
individual is required to become effective and
accountable for their actions. It is very
important for them to become responsible for
their actions.

CONCLUSION
It is concluded from this report that coaching is
one of the important part for the learning and
development journey because it provides right
direction to the student. This report contains brief
discussion related to the model of coaching and
also the personal development plan.
