INTRODUCTION Personal learning and development is a procedure that work towards the personal growth by expanding the amount of self-awareness and knowledge along with improving individual’s personal skills. SELF ASSESSMENT As per the assessment test that had been conducted by me with the help of coaching self-assessment tool, it has been evaluated that the 2 key areas in which I need more development in order to achieve success in my future terms areCommunication skills and Leadership skills. This concept has been described with the help ofGROWmodel which illustrates in four stages i.e. Goal, Reality, Opportunity and Way forward.

COMMUNICATION SKILL Goal:I have analysed with my complete evaluation thatIhighlyrequirepreparinggoalsinorderto improvecommunicationskillssuchasIwantto enhance my active listening abilities within a period of 6 months as this is the major goal in order to improve communication abilities. This is the ultimate way to increase my communication abilities through which I can able to interpret things in much better way. It simplyinvolvesmyseriousattentiontowardsthe content that has been provided to me whether in verbal or written format. For instance, listening, nodding and maintaining eye contact helps to understand the things in better context. Another goal consists of recognizing non-verbal clues within 4 months as it is generally referring to as non-verbal communication and highly considerable under certain circumstances.
CONTD. Reality: After evaluation of myself with the self-assessment tool, I have realized the reality about myself that I am not actually good at my communication part. Although I am able to describe things on much better context but I also require certain improvements according to which I have prepared goals and the time frame under which I have to achieve those tasks. Right now I am facing challenges in presenting my accurate idea in front of my colleagues as I feel conscious about my verbal communication abilities. Opportunity: According to me improvement in my communication abilities will help me improve my life in each and every aspect. From making a simple query to describing a complex communication, effective skills are highly required. Enhancement in my communication abilities will help me to secure my future as I can able to face interview challenges in most easy manner along with high level of confidence. With this, I am able to complete my job role in most fruitful manner along with avoiding certain mistakes that will hamper me in my future life.
CONTD Way forward: In order to increase my communication skill, I willtakecertainstepswhichhelpsmetoincreasemy communication ability i.e. I have to over communicate with each and every people and ask them for their honest feedback. I will record certain and significant presentations for deal with the issues in most efficient manner. This will also enhance my active listening ability. I will ask more and more questions in order to make myself clear about all the aspects that helps me clarify my doubts so that I can interpret the things in most accurate manner.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS Goal: At the time evaluation of my skills and abilities I got to the conclusion that I lack somehow behind in my leadership abilities. I had been identified by me while I was doing my task which was related to leading a group of team of 10 members under which I have to lead the team towards the completion of task within stipulated time frame and in most appropriate manner. During that point of time, I felt that I was unable to take decisions after listening to each and every member of the team and getting confused which will never be accepted by my manager. But after my hard work I succeed somehow to manage my team for that specific point of time but for future I have to improve my leadership qualities by making specific goals regarding that. Reality: The reality for me is that currently I am lack behind in my leadership qualities as in some situations I think emotionally rather than thinking in practical manner to effectively handle the situation as well as the team. Right now I am suffering from a fear that because of my limited abilities to handle the work or team, I feel conscious about my tasks as well as assignments. Sometimes my fear lead to decrease in productivity level, increased mistakes and even waste some crucial opportunities as well.
CONTD Opportunity: Enhancement in my leadership abilities makes me highly efficient enough to make my critical decisions most appropriately. It helps me to set clear and concise goals for the assignment that has been given to me by my managers. Sometimes the top-level managers are responsible for taking decisions but sometimes there are certain situations under which others also have to take necessary decisions and in this, I feel that with increase in my abilities, I am able to cope up with each and every negative situation. Possessing leadership skills within me helps me to stick to my decisions and conviction despite the rejection of my opinions by others. Way forward: In order to develop and increase my leadership abilities, I have to take initiatives in each and every situation so that I can able to grab the confidence level which is highly required in order to handle team of huge members. With listening effectively, I will able to increase my level of critical thinking through which I am able to motivate my team members so that ultimately a desired level has been achieved by me.
CONCLUSION From the above report it has ben concluded that there are necessary skills that are highly required in an individual for the betterment of their personal as well as professional career terms. After the complete analysis with the career assessment tool method, it has been identified that there are two important skills which requires certain amount of improvements and thus, necessary actions should be taken on utmost priority to overcome from such kind of challenges in most rapid manner.
