INTRODUCTION Learning and development means those aspects which is based upon analysing various ways that makes humans ensure about perfection within their skills or knowledge. The concept leads towards covering various perspectives related to over all development. In modern world lots of issues has prevailed within this process which has made quality of education impacted various schools and colleges has tried to solve them to an extent. This made formation of new patters of learning with development feature allowing humans to attain excellence within particular field. Further, learning and development holds wider scope in terms of improving abilities to deal with issues which is faced within the process of learning and development. In this report Ofsted report has been analysed and then three main themes has been identified which relateswithcertaindemographics,learnersfromlow-incomehouseholdandteachers understanding for student motivation has been discussed. MAIN BODY Overview of Ofsted report The report is related with the COVID 19 scenario that has impacted aspects of life and learning. As per this report the time of pandemic become quite challenging for everyone related to education field(Downer, Gray and Capper, 2021). Though efforts has been made by various educations institutes to ensure that learning is done through educational portals that made education process go on. The report is able to recognize about change within education process and issues that has emerged during COVID 19 pandemic within education field. In this report values required to be followed within learning and development has been covered. Thus report has become great help for EducationalConsultant like me to deal with various issues regarding learning and development. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the themes the school might want to consider ThethemesthatschoolsinUKcanconsiderisbasedupondemographicsand underperformance, low-income households facing disadvantages within digital era of education. Also, teachers ability to motivate students and delivering them lectures on time. These themes helps in making various issues related to education solved more effectively which has taken place due to various scenarios accruing in past few years. 1

What the school could be focusing on in relation to diversity, including the impact and consequences of good diversity management for pupils. Diversity is one of the most important aspects which is based upon developing unique characteristics within field of learning. It has allowed innovation to be developed within the ways of learning used by various educational institution in United Kingdom. Diversity has allowed students to learn about cultural perspectives and socializing that made students better citizen in future. Through diversity overall development of students personality is done that makes them better human beings in future. There are studies on demographic variable of learners and their learning outcome, some of which include carried out a study in Rivers State, investigating students’ academic achievement in Mathematics and English. It was revealed that sex (gender) significantly influenced students’ mathematics performance but, did not exert any significant effect on English performance. Also,studied prediction of SSCE Biology from BECE Basic Science performance in Rivers state. The study concluded that sexdid not significantly exert any significant influence on performance.In theresearch it has been found out that male students outsmarted their female classmates. Further, various issues relate to demographic and underperformance these issues has been discussed as follows: Gender inequality:This is one of the most common issue that has been faced by an individuals while learning. The issues is specifically related with domination of one particulargenderuponanother(GovindarajanandSrivastava,2020).Incertain educational institutes of UK still equality in education is not there which made women face difficulty in getting educational qualifications. According to the Ofsted report it ha been marked out that despiteof various attempts to counter gender inequalityproblems within the United Kingdom. The issue is still existing within British education system making it more vulnerable towards negative approach. The main impact is made over structural development of learning due to societal aspects. Inequalitywithin thelearning mechanismcause inequalitywhilst thescholars grown up, along with implications in phrases ofdestiny employment prospects. Further, these issues has been discussed as follows: Digital poverty:This is has become major issue within the time of COVID 19 pandemic and made people suffer in getting quality education. As per the Ofsted report, people belonging to poor section of society were not able to provide proper education to their 3
children in the pandemic time period. This happened sue to lack of funds and Information technology rawness within the poor section of society. Also the situation impacted growth of job opportunities within education sector of United Kingdom. The report has suggested that during the COVID 19 lockdown learning of students were impacted due to slow and unreliable internet connection within their area. Further, it has been analysed that lack of access to quite study places gas created problems for student to learn. The weaker session of society did not have laptops, tablets or desktop that made digital poverty impact their education growth. Education consultants suggestion provided is that government should focus upon improving digital infrastructure and create awareness within rural society about gadgets like computers and tablets which helps in making digital learning possible by schools. It has helps schools in developing feeling of togetherness between students by allowing both girls and boys study together. Diversity has been implied towards promoting equality within education department by making women participate in administrative of colleges. It has allows women to take part within decision making process of educational institutes. Diversity made staffing problem solved by hiring more female teachers that has made tolerance created within male teachers. Also various policies has been formed against practice of gender in equality. Diversity has helped in promoting digital platforms of education that helped in making awareness about digital education created within rural students. Different programs related to digital education made students accessible to education facilities that made students develop various learning abilities.
