ADHERE TO THIS GUIDELINES, Please !! This assignment is for a community placement in a high school where I'm assigned to the student success center to support students with the lead teacher in the class. As an objective of this placement, I am supposed to learn how to work with other staff. I want to write a LEARN note on how Nurses grieve and cope with grieving patients. This should be linked to an incidence of loss of a grade 9 student a week ago. The school where I am doing my community placement opened a condolence register, held a memorial section for the student that died, and a support system of social workers and teachers comforting and providing emotional support for friends/students that are grieving. I was in the room where the memorial is taking place, students were in a very sober mood, crying, sad, and appearing in a low mood.
