Concepts of learning styles
Learning styles is classified,
defined and identified in different
way. They are considered as overall
pattern which helps in providing
direction to teaching and learning.
It is described as collection of
behaviors, attitudes, factors which
facilitates learning for individual in
any arise or given situation. This is
concept which differ individuals
related to mode of instruction or
study them in effective manner.
Learning style depends on
emotional, environmental and
cognitive factors. This learning
style falls into three parts such as
Visual learners, Auditory Learners
and Kinesthetic Learners. The
learning style idea includes
expansive group which is
composed of materials and
accounts for doing
business exercise. This learning
styles helps in developing various
ideas and thoughts for running
business and its activities in an
effective and efficient manner. All
the individuals have their own way
of learning new and different things
from business environment.
Different factors that
influence effective learning
development
The different factors that

development are as follows:
Repetition- This is the
factors where individual improve
their learning development by
doing work on repetition basis
which helps
them to achieve their set goal and
objectives. If an individual keeps
on
learning same things then they
become experts in it. Each and
every individual has their own
speed and capacity to learn new
things.
Feedback- This is regarded
as critical factors which influence
learning development and is in
form of controlled procedures.
Individual do things on continuous
basis if they get positive feedback
whereas negative feedback leads
