 Learning or studying process is a dynamic process. In the report a personal
reflection will be shared with respect to learning process in education. Where
different types of learning processes will be discussed also various criteria would
be disclosed which are essential for successful studying at university in which
different thresholds will be seen.

LEARNING PROCESS-
Learning process refers to a set of practices through that a person learn
something.
That learning stuff changes its attitude, intelligence and ability with
respect to specific area.
This is a systematic process which may be varied person to person.
All the people are having their different intelligence level which kicks off
different needs of adapting learning process.
To my mind learning processes must be student centric so can maximize
their study aims.

These are those a few learning processes I am aware of and are having their
huge importance in learning methodology of a student. Which enables a student
learn faster and inculcate changes for personal betterment. As per psychology
there are three types of learning processes which are being used widely to learn
are as follows-
Classical conditioning
Operant conditioning
Observational learning

Classical conditioning-
As per this process a person learn new things by just natural responses. Like natural
stimulus which happens naturally and make a person learn new things.
For instance smell of something food item or voice of someone this phenomenon make a
person aware of them and it learns new.
Operant Conditioning-
As per this process a response is decreased or increased due to reinforcement or
punishment.
The theory says the learning depends on the consequences of our actions.
Observational Learning-
This is the most or should be called the strongest process of learning.
What I have experienced in our life we learn the most by observations.

university-The criteria for successful studying refers to those thresholds by following them
we can maximize our learning outcomes at university. I believe that the studying
at university is not as same as it is in school so these are the criteria-
Start right away-
As per these criteria it is essential for a student to begin everything right away.
Never wait for right time. Like for a university student having multiple skills like
good communication, background knowledge, social knowledge, subject
knowledge all the things are needed. So must start from beginning. As I myself
experienced it at first hands and took advantage.

toward ourself and will be guiding timely. In schools there are teachers who keep their eyes on the activities
of students but at university students are supposed to help their self. With this regard such plans would pave
the way forward.

For a student having pre knowledge of the subjects helps much in university level learning. So for the
purpose they should go through the subjects or contents.
It is really helpful to make them aware about the content they are going to to read.
