This learner group will educate and make 8
participants aware about ways of working in an
effective manner. Sherry Santos is the best employees
of this company who is working for 3 years. His
performance is outstanding in writing and numeracy
he gained 5 marks and in other areas like oral
communication, learning and reading he got 4 marks.
His communication skill is outstanding and this skill
make him able to interact with new clients and
attracting them towards buying products and services
as well. Yon Leong is lacking behind as compared to
other members because he has joined this company
before 6 months only. He is striving hard for learning
better ways of performing functions. He is in sales
department and work closely with Sherry Santos. It is
believed that Sherry will increase his knowledge and
improve his learning.

We are trying to develop knowledge of all 8 members
with the main aim of providing qualitative services to
clients and improving our image in the market as
well. Norman Howard is other member who got 4
marks in learning, communication, written and other
areas. It also shows that he is striving hard for
accomplishing goals. It is believed that this event
organization management will take competitive
advantages if all workers work in a team or
collaboratively.
