INTRODUCTION
Learning reflection plays strong role in academic integrity and higher working synergies
expansion strategically, which further opens up new performance platforms diversely for
individuals. The report will analyze knowledge learned by studying literature on classic
management, based on personal diverse professional
Knowledge learned by studying literature
There are varied knowledge and working aspects within literature of classical
management which have been learnt, where I was able to enhance my working criteria and
functional expertise diversely based on competitive new strengthened ideologies. Management
knowledge and connective functional abilities have been enhanced, on which development of
management theory and frameworks highlighting larger scale working aspects have been
analyzed. I have been able to generate detailed knowledge on models of management, theories
further which plays strong role for strengthening higher working practical role among

companies. My analytical working skills, new creative report writing competencies and
strengthened engagement has been enhanced widely based on larger scale knowledge expertise
(Burrell, 2020).
Literature analysis has also pertained more confident functional growth targets within
my career to be accurate in my working skills, which will enhance my knowledge towards future
projects outcomes diversely. The literature practically also made me competent, diversified for
strengthened working engagement which further strengthened my abilities diversely for longer
time periods. Management models effective implementation further also evolved me to be
competent commercially, strengthen up my professional expertise and knowledge for new
professional learning goals diversely based on larger operatives.
Personal swot analysis
The personal swot analysis plays specific role for further evolving towards untapped
professional working goals, keeping accurate check on new learning opportunities and specific
working targets for new untapped optimum synergy parameters. By analyzing working
professional experience and strengthened working ideologies, I aim to further expand my
business integrity knowledge specifically and also evolve among new performance growth
targets dynamically (Nwosu and Okoro, 2020). Strengths: I have learned that my team working skills are strong, highly professional and
diversified for new competitive opportunities and specific to be key potential for larger
target arenas within academics. My interpersonal communication skill, presentation skill
is good while working on team and studying lectures based management subjects, where
I have been confident to take up larger working projects actively. Weakness: I have been lacking studying skills to use in complex projects, where
analytical skill and multi-tasking skills needs more specific polishing among working
parameters. My working experience among literature has been found to be also
diversified, for strategic working rise and new competitive performance abilities have to
be diversified. Opportunities: There is opportunity to learn new professional experiences and working
criteria, by evolving towards new specific time management goals variedly which will

further enable me to be confident effectively. I further plan up to learn new skills,
professional expertise and take trainings from mentors about new expertise and working
optimization growth synergies diversely.
 Threats: I further also analyzed that I needs to practice professional experience and
strengthened working productivity to take up larger efficiency, be specific towards new
projects within academics. I also need to build up time management and multi-tasking
professional abilities for higher keen understanding towards new professional growth
domains diversely. Furthermore, there are varied areas on which I have scope to
strengthen up key productive knowledge diversely, evolve on key optimum goals and
also attain progressive aspects variedly (Onyiorah, 2021).
Areas of work that needs improvement
Within studying module of working management among companies within business
world, I have been able to analyze that I further need to work towards improving new
professional skills to take up complex projects where expertise has to be diversified.
Furthermore, I also plan up to attend new seminars and training sessions from mentors, for
strengthening commercial knowledge about company’s models diversely. This will further
enable me to be competent, strategically diversified and accurate for new learning opportunities
within future goals based on long term productive targets and vision oriented domains. Areas
such as analytical data management, marketing expertise and stringent focus to be specific on
multi-tasking and strengthened working imperative working targets for larger professional
abilities. I also plan up to take up new knowledge and learning opportunities, related to
management expertise where advanced changes among global parameters are coming up
variedly. This has been found to be also potentially crucial productively essential for stringent
commercial growth optimum synergies, where I further aim to hold diversity in my skills.
Recommendations for improving the work targets
Recommendation for improving new work targets are based on specific individual
knowledge integrity experience, higher keen knowledge and diversity to be commercially viable
and be competitive in future working goals. Management expertise and knowledge integrity
holds high importance, where further I plan up to be have knowledge diversely based on larger
effective key working targets dynamically.

 I further will take up training sessions from my mentors to learn analytical skills, critical
working and thinking skills which will enable me to be competent and hold diversity for
dynamic growth opportunities (Okolie and et.al, 2021). This will further strengthen up
my knowledge to work on new complex project and higher creative thinking
potentialities for new functional growth diversely. By improving performance
parameters, leveraged smart working potentialities I further aim to be optimistic and
strengthen up my knowledge to be rapidly innovative. This will also potentially motivate
me to evolve on new strengthened working ideologies diversely, for larger productive
experience enhancement benchmarks actively.
 I also aim to potentially take up voluntary participation on new projects, workshops and
exhibitions which will further motivate me to be competent among diversified
commercial strengthened ideologies. This has been found to essential, which will also
enable me to be motivate and be technically motivated or stringent collective
optimization for new opportunities, which will potentially build up new benchmarks
among knowledge targets.
CONCUSION
From the above analyzed aspects within report, it can be concluded that
professional integrity and self-learning ideologies plays specific role for pertaining
towards new goals widely. Furthermore, study concluded that there is pace further
evolving among new potentialities where individuals need to be diversified on new
strengthened work frame ideologies profoundly.
