This study helps in critically analysing and reviewing the presentation and writing skills
associated with the three projects. It also helps in evaluating the strengths and weakness of the
particular project.

Reflective analysis
Project 1: The Guardian paper
Identifying strengths and weakness
I have critically analysed that, the major strength associated with me related with this
project is that, I had better understanding on this particular article which in turn helps in attaining
higher operational goals and sustainability (Mazur, 2015). I have better understanding capability
on the specific subject matter. I have struggled a lot more while carrying out this study even after
having the great understanding on this particular article. I have critically analysed that, the major
weakness associated with me related with this project is that, I have miss understood the
guidelines which in turn influences the outcomes of the study.
Assessing strengths and weakness
I have better understanding on the project study because I was thorough with my
concepts and I have read a lot related with this paper. This has helped me clear all my doubts
and have great understanding on this project paper (Rowland, 2017, November). Study skill
resources like test taking, note making and memorization has also helped me in effectively
understanding the particular project paper. I have critically analysed that, the major weakness
associated with me related with this project is that, misunderstanding few of the guidelines tend
to result in influencing the particular searches or project paper. It was very easy for me to read
and critically understand the particular project. The major difficulty faced by me while carrying
out the project is that I didn't have muck knowledge and experience to carry out the study.
Problems encountered
I have critically analysed that, the major problem associated with this project paper is
that, I had poor time management which in turn results in confusion (Guo and et.al., 2016).
Improving performance

In order to improve the performance and gain better insight on the particular subject
matter. In order to improve the performance of individual which leads to higher sustainable
growth and performance in specific project.
I have effectively incorporated the feedback by developing my understanding skills and
gain better understanding on the subject matter.

I have critically analysed that, the major strength associated with the particular project
paper is that, I have good knowledge according to the particular project which will help me in
attaining desired goal and objectives of the study (Haixiang and et.al., 2017). I have critically
analysed that, the major weakness associated with me related with this project is that, the
formatting and writing skills.
Assessing strengths and weakness
I have critically analysed that, the major strength associated with the particular project
paper is that, I have done a lot of reading in this project which in turn helped me in clear my
basic concepts and attain better academic marks. I am very good at carrying out the particular
research essay where I will able to grasp the viewpoints of various authors (Nickel and et.al.,
2015). I have critically analysed that, the major weakness associated with me related with this
project is that, I have lacked effective writing and communication skills which in turn hampers
the presentation and structure of the project paper. I have better understanding skills and I have
improved my communication skills to take feedback.
Problems encountered
I have critically analysed that, the major problem associated with this project paper is
that, I had poor writing and formation problem which in turn affected the accuracy and relevancy
of the research paper.
Improving performance
In order to improve my writing and formatting skills, I have critically analysed that, I
need to focus on brushing up the basic principles of writing, spelling and grammar. I need to
focus on improving my reading skills.
Project 3: Malcolm X
Identifying strengths and weakness

I have critically analysed that, the major strength associated with me related with this
project is that, I have effective presentation skills like focusing on the audience, making eye
contact, be confident, be clear, good body language, effective communication skills, etc. which
have helped me deliver the best piece of work (Rowland, 2017, November). I have critically
analysed that, the major weakness associated with me related with this project is that, I need to
work on my communication skills, keeping audience engaged and nervousness. I have better
reading and better understanding skills.
Assessing strengths and weakness
I have critically analysed that, the major strength associated with me related with this
project is that, a good presentation skills will help me in keeping audience engaged and deliver
the message within the stipulated time with confidence.I have critically analysed that, the major
weakness associated with me related with this project is that, I need to improve on specking
more fluently and keep audience engaged.
Problems encountered
I have critically analysed that, the major problem associated with this project paper is
that, The major problem is with nervousness and improving better communication skills (Kurtz,
Draper and Silverman, 2017).
Improving performance
In order to improve the communication skills I will focus on engaging my audience,
maintaining eye contact, improved body language, improved listening skills, time management
etc.
PART B
Presentation skills
Presentation skills are considered to be one of the most effective skills which helps in
effectively delivering proper message to the intended audience (Van Emden and Becker, 2016).
These are considered to be particular set of abilities which helps in enabling individual to
transmit the message with proper quality, transmitting the message and interpreting the mindset
of listeners. The key presentation skills which are required for giving effective presentation to
the audience are mainly associated with focusing on the audience, making eye contact, be
confident, be clear, start strongly, good body language, effective communication skills, etc.
which in turn leads to higher operational growth and sustainability.

Presentation skills I want to develop
In order to keep the audience in engage d while keeping a presentation interesting is by
effectively keeping presenter with confidence and boost up the motivation. I want to develop my
communication skills where the individuals will focus on effectively transmitting the information
to intended audience in an appropriate ad effective manner (Kurtz, Draper and Silverman, 2017).
I want to improve my personality skills and body language in order to make good impression in
the eyes of audience. I would also like to boost up my confidence in order to maintain eye
contact with the individuals which in turn helps in making audience engaged while presenting
the information on the particular subject matter. I need to focus on controlling my nervousness
in order to effectively deliver the message to the stipulated audience.
Plan to develop Presentation skills
 Firstly, I will know the topic of my presentation. Thoroughly research about the
particular presentation topic by keeping media simple and also adhere to the specific time
limit.
 Use of effective practice strategies where they tend to focus on using notes or outlining
the practice of the particular presentation (Kurtz, Draper and Silverman, 2017). I will
focus on effectively managing ways to interact and engage with the audience or listeners
by frequently asking questions and addressing people by name.
 I want to focus on creating a credible image in the eyes of customers by effectively
communicating with confidence. I will focus on creating a presentation environment
which helps in effectively delivering the particular set of information.
 I should also plan for potential challenges and questions in order to keep control of the
particular situation (Moore and et.al., 2018).
 I will take part in presentation activities in classroom and also read books to improve my
communication skills and boost up confidence.
